SMT Splice Stand - SC172

The SC172 SMT Splice Stand is a mobile workstation designed to organize and protect your splice tools, tapes, and consumables during high-volume SMT production. Built to support the CJ172 SMT Cutting Jig workflow, the SC172 keeps everything operators need within easy reach during reel changeovers.

Optimized Workflow:

The stand secures the CJ172 Cutting Jig in a dedicated mount, accommodates splice tape boxes in organized storage compartments, and provides a triple reel holder system for both 8mm and adjustable carrier tape sizes up to 72mm. Two side magnets allow operators to attach additional tools directly to the stand frame for quick access during splicing operations.
