Silver Double Splice Tape

The DSSL Silver Double Splice Tape is engineered specifically for SMT placement machines equipped with intelligent feeders that use metal detection. Manufactured from aluminum foil tape, the silver material provides the metallic signature that intelligent feeder sensors detect, ensuring smooth, continuous operation during placement.

The double splice design joins both the carrier tape and the cover tape in a single pre-cut strip, eliminating the need for separate splice clips. Each size has precision placement holes that align with the Alignment Jigs for accurate, tool-free splicing.
