Yellow Double Splice Tape

The Yellow Double Splice Tape is a general purpose double splice tape for SMT carrier tape joining, with a yellow color option for production lines using color-coded splice identification. Pre-cut PET strips with 10 indentations on each side align to the carrier tape sprocket drive holes, providing accurate placement without requiring detection feeders. Each piece can be used with or without a splice tool and clip, offering flexibility on the production line.

Recommended Tools:

Compatible with handheld Splice Tools or can be applied without a tool using the indentations for sprocket alignment. Use a Cutting Tool to prepare carrier tape ends before splicing.
