DSU Double Splice Tape

The DSU Double Splice Tape is engineered specifically for SMT placement machines equipped with intelligent feeders that use color detection. The yellow tape color provides the visual signature that sensors detect, ensuring smooth, continuous operation during placement.

The double splice design joins both the carrier tape and the cover tape in a single pre-cut strip, eliminating the need for separate splice clips. DSU308 tapes can be used with or without a splice tool, offering flexibility for different production setups.
