DSBA Blue Double Splice Tape

Blue Double Splice Tape is the production standard for high-speed SMT carrier tape joining. Engineered with ESD-safe PET material and a superior adhesive system, DSBA delivers reliable splices that maintain integrity at production-line speeds. Pre-cut strips with precision indentations on both sides align to the carrier tape sprocket drive holes, ensuring smooth feeding through pick-and-place machines.

Each piece can be used with or without a splice tool and clip, offering flexibility for different production setups. The ESD-safe formulation protects static-sensitive components throughout the splicing and feeding process.
