SMT Splice Clip Frame - CP608

The CP608 SMT Splice Clip Frame is a bandolier-design splice clip frame with 20 individual clips per frame. Designed for joining SMT carrier tapes across all standard widths, the CP608 works with paper and plastic carrier tapes alike. The frame-loaded design allows the ST610 Stapler Splice Tool to load 20 clips at once, speeding up production-line splicing operations.

Each clip joins the carrier tape itself, working alongside a single splice tape strip that joins the cover tape. Together, the clip and splice tape create a complete carrier tape splice.

For zero-scrap operations, the 5000pcs No Scrap variant (CP808) is also available. The CP808 is engineered to eliminate scrap wastage during clip loading, and pairs with the ST810 Splice Tool.
